Create an Account: From Sign-up to Team Invitation
Administrator Guide
β£
Like a true enterprise cloud solution, cloudike separates user permissions into administrator and general user roles!
Administrators are divided into top administrators and intermediate administrators. Both can be changed in the settings. (However, only a top administrator can change another top administrator.)
The top administrator has all permissions for every team member, including intermediate administrators. (This includes inviting team members, creating and managing groups, and changing subscription plans.)
The intermediate administrator has all the same permissions over team members as a top administrator, but cannot change the top administrator.
Now, let's take a closer look at cloudike administrators.
Setting Administrator Permissions

First, click the Settings icon on the bottom left of the web page to go to the administrator settings page.
The Settings page is divided into five menus:
- πββοΈ Personal Settings: For managing your personal account.
- π Company Settings: For managing your company account.
- π¨βπ¨βπ§βπ§ Team Management: For managing team members and groups within your company.
- π³ Subscription Plan: For checking payment history, changing payment methods, and viewing or changing your subscription plan.
- π
Activity Log: For viewing your activity and the activity logs of other team members within the company.
Settings > Company Settings
The 'Settings' page is divided into 'Personal Settings' and 'Company Settings'.
First, Company Settings allows you to configure and change permissions for the company account.
Company Settings is divided into three main sections: General Settings, Account Security, and Enterprise Security Settings.
π’ General Settings

- 1. Company Name: You can change the name of your company.
- 2. Company Domain: You can change your company's domain.
- 3. Company Logo: You can change and upload your company's logo.
- Only PNG, JPEG, BMP, and GIF image files can be uploaded.
- 4. Company Cloud Terms of Service: You can set the terms of service for your company's cloud.

- 12. Allow Mobile Application Use: Users can install and use the dedicated cloudike mobile app.
