Delete team member (immediately/after 7 days)
Set detailed permissions for team members
1. Click on the Settings icon in the bottom left.

2. Click on Team Management.

3. Select Groups from the left list.

4. Select the group from the list that you want to limit printing or downloading for.

5. Click the Detailed authority button.

6. Set the switch to off for either the Print or Download item.

7. Click the Apply button to finish the settings.
