1. Select All documents on the left side of the screen.

2. Select the file/folder to share from the document box.

3. Click the Share button at the top of the screen.

4. Register the users to share with in the User Share section. (User: search by account or select from the list)

5. Clicking the Share button sends a notification about the shared file or folder to the specified users.

6. The sharing is completed when the specified user clicks Accept.

7. After sharing, you can check the list of users with whom the item has been shared.

※ When designated to the Corporate Document Box, all employees in the company can see the folder/file.

If a user needs access to a file/folder in the Corporate Document Box, they can send a permission request notification to the owner.

4. Turn on the switch for the Corporate Document Designation (Public Share) and click the Apply button.

5. 폴더 소유자 이외의 다른 사용자들이 해당 폴더를 사용하려면 사용 권한을 요청해야 합니다.

6. 사용 권한 요청이 오면 읽기 전용(Read Only)이나 읽기/쓰기(Read/Write) 권한을 부여할 수 있습니다.
